GSSI equipment rentals are available exclusively to business entities within the United States. All rentals require proof of insurance covering the full replacement value of the equipment. If you are renting GPR equipment as an individual rather than a business, a credit authorization for the full equipment value will be required. Please note that we only offer domestic rentals in the U.S. For rentals outside the U.S., please contact us for a list of authorized rental providers.

Rental Process
Our equipment rental process is designed to be simple and efficient. When you rent GPR equipment from GSSI, you’ll receive comprehensive service and support throughout your rental period.
Rental Terms
- Daily rental rates are calculated per calendar day
- Minimum rental period is 5 calendar days
- Security deposit is required
- Shipping cost is pre-paid; a return label will be provided
- The rental period begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered
- The rental period ends once equipment is received and scanned by carrier using label provided
- Equipment must be picked up by the carrier by the end of the last scheduled rental day, otherwise late charges will be incurred
Return Process
All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected. Please ensure equipment is properly cleaned and all accessories are included. Equipment must be received and scanned by carrier using label provided by the end of the last day of your scheduled rental period to avoid additional charges. Once the equipment has been received and inspected, the security deposit will be returned unless the equipment needs repair or is missing parts or accessories.
