Update Regarding GSSI’s Response to COVID-19

At GSSI, we are monitoring the latest news about COVID-19. Like many of you, keeping our employees, suppliers, partners and customers safe is a top priority. We are doing our absolute best to continue to support your GPR needs and provide the quality support experience you’ve come to expect.

Based on a “stay at home” directive issued by the State of New Hampshire on March 26, 2020, Geophysical Survey Systems Inc has closed operations at our Nashua, NH facility for a period of two weeks. After this period, GSSI will revisit options based on the latest information from local and national authorities.

Our Administrative and Technical Support teams remain available to provide support to all customers and hours of operation remain 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Should you need assistance with a new or existing order, Customer Service can be reached by calling 800.524.3011, option 5 or email customerservice@geophysical.com.

FIELD SERVICE:

  • The Field Service department will operate in a limited capacity and can be reached by calling 800.524.3011, option 4 or email servicesupport@geophysical.com.

OPERATIONS:

  • GSSI will make every effort to support and supply products to our customers whose business is deemed essential during the COVID-19 crisis.

All other departments at GSSI are fully operational, although like many at this time, working remotely.
